We understand that knowing when you or your recipient will receive your parcel is really important.
Please allow us 24 hours to prepare and dispatch your order.
If you know you will be out during delivery please arrange with a neighbour to sign for your parcel. If your parcel has not arrived as expected please contact us.
Expected Delivery Day 3-5 working days.

Please note that Michael Barnes does not take any responsibility for parcels that are returned to them after customer failure to collect from delivery point.

We will refund the price of the Product(s) if you have:
Cancelled the Contract in accordance with your legal rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013; or
If you’ve decided you’d like to exchange the Product and the product has not been used, please let us know on the Dispatch Note with the returned Product. If you have not told us that you would like to exchange the Product, we will provide a refund providing it meets the criteria set our above.
